Pippa has acted for corporate clients and the public sector on regulatory matters pertaining to energy, corporatisation, privatisation and restructuring, electronic communications, broadcasting and water, and has assisted a variety of African clients in applying for broadcasting, telecommunications service and electricity-related licences.
Her experience includes advising on projects participating in the South African Renewable Energy Independent Power Producer Procurement Programme, including but not limited to the financing and development of concentrated solar photovoltaic power projects.
Ntsiki's experience covers a broad range of areas, including mergers and acquisitions; conducting corporate, property and mining due diligences; advising on the integrity, security of tenure and variation of mining titles; and structuring, drafting, negotiating and reviewing various types of agreements, from project inception to execution.

Ryan was also the lead attorney representing Tata Steel Global Holdings Pte Ltd and thyssenkrupp AG in relation to the South African leg of the establishment of a joint venture which intended to combine the European flat carbon steel businesses of the Tata Steel group of companies and the thyssenkrupp group of companies (the transaction was notified in 19 jurisdictions (including South Africa) and whilst approved in South Africa, was, unfortunately, ultimately prohibited in the EU).
In addition, Zohair is experienced in drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial documents, including memoranda of incorporation, shareholders agreements, partnership agreements, sale agreements (shares, businesses and assets), subscription agreements, board and shareholders' resolutions, legal opinions, as well as conducting due diligence investigations.
